A sound journey is a journey through sound. We use sounds of overtone singing, Khoomei Mongolian throat singing, and harmonic instruments from around the world such as the didgeridoo, Native American flutes, jaw harps, Tibetan singing bowls and symphonic gongs. These beautiful vibrations are traveling around and through your body, which allows you to relax and go deep on your personal journey. When you 'come back' from the meditative state, you feel very peaceful and relaxed.
You can sit down and treat the sound journey as a concert or as most people prefer to lie down and close their eyes so we advise people to bring a mat, pillow and blanket for their comfort. Usually the evening is ended by questions about any of the instruments played, or spiritual matters, or people sharing their feelings and experiences from the session.
